I would think the power balance would show one cylinder pulling back. It might, but maybe not enough to be noticable. A Contribution test will be more telling, but you need Ford IDS to do a true contribution test that sets all injector trims to zero during the test. I wouldn't be so sure it's a stuck injector though and not something else.
