Hey, returning to this awesome game. Iirc there is a max speed limiter for trucks in this game, but I forgot which mod works best to remove it. Not looking to make vehicles any faster than they naturally are, just want to make it so vehicles aren't artificially governed if that makes any sense?
Police spawn randomly, there's no trigger that causes them to spawn more often. As for avoiding tickets, keep an eye out for road signs. Speed changes are always marked, just remember that truck limits aren't always the same as car limits. I am very confident that they spawn whenever you speed. hqgyp.
